At Riding on Avenue, we take pride in offering thoughtfully curated equestrian apparel and accessories. We want you to feel confident in every purchase and are happy to assist with exchanges or returns when needed.
Returns & Exchanges
Eligible regular-priced merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery or in-store purchase.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:
Be unworn, unused, and in original condition
Have all original tags attached
Be free of makeup, deodorant, hair, dirt, odours, or pet hair
Be returned in original packaging where applicable
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
Sale or discounted merchandise
Gift cards
Socks or undergarments
Special order or custom-order items

Exchanges
We understand that sizing and fit can vary between equestrian brands. If you need a different size or colour, we are happy to assist with exchanges based on product availability.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or an incorrect item was received.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as Riding on Avenue is not responsible for lost return shipments.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include your order number and photographs of the item and packaging.
Processing Time
Approved returns will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned merchandise. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
In-Store Purchases
In-store purchases may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days, provided items meet the return conditions above.
